Wood-fired ovens and grills create Clyde’s signature flavors. They add a better crust on meats, sealing in the juices, and infuse deep, distinctly rich flavors to our hand-made Neapolitan-style pizzas. Scratch-made pasta noodles elevate each hearty pasta dish. These flavors are only enhanced when paired with a perfectly prepared cocktail or Clyde brew.
